Production
Our company can manufacture and install all kinds of plastic parts with 12 plastic injection machines in the range of 80-650 tons in a total area of 3000 m2 in different locations. Plastic injection, cutting, form and progressive mold design, production and, if desired, adequacy of molds are tested in their own facilities. With an annual capacity of 45 tons of plastic raw materials and 20,000 machine hours, it produces more than 20,000 parts per month in more than 50 varieties.
In our inventory; We are here to meet all kinds of mold needs quickly and economically with our Cnc Vertical Machining Centers, Lathe, Edm Plunge erosion , Edm Wire Erosion, Surface Grinding, Cylindrical Grinding Machines, index automats and machines capable of gluing all kinds of plastic materials.
